Dermalogica AGE Smart Daytime Radiance Review

Dermalogica is a skin care line that is highly regarded as one of the best. Unlike other skin care lines, Dermalogica does not use artificial colors, SD alcohol, mineral oil and synthetic fragrances, all of which have been proven to cause breakouts and irritate the skin. I received three products from the AGE Smart line to try from BeautyStoreDepot.

The AGE Smart line works to prevent fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, and other signs of aging before they even surface.

Fashion experts, the media and skin care experts have stressed for years that everyone should use a moisturizer containing SPF on a daily basis to protect their skin. I live in Florida where, fortunately for me, it remains sunny for a majority of the year.  It is critical for me to use a moisturizer with SPF in my area.  I have chosen to use Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery because the SPF 30 is the perfect level of protection. This moisturizer helps reduce the aging effects of the sun while moisturizing and nourishing the skin. It left my skin feeling firmer and more smooth. It's lightweight, non greasy and absorbed quickly. I've only been using this for TWO WEEKS and I've already noticed a difference.

Demalogica MultiVitamin Power Firm is a firming complex with Vitamins A, C, and E which help reduce fine lines around the delicate eye area. In less than 2 weeks of using this product I have noticed that the skin around my eyes is firmer, brighter, and younger looking. Using the MultiVitamin Power Firm around my eyes has improved the moisture of my skin and is helping to diminish the fine lines.

Dermalogica Age Smart SkinPerfect Primer with SPF 30 smooths fine lines, brightens and preps the skin for make-up application. This is a great primer that provides visible smoothness and luminosity. I LOVE that it has SPF 30 so I can wear it alone on hot days without clogging up the pores. It blends well and is very natural looking. The smell is a little strong at first but after applying it fades.



 I think this AGE Smart line is exactly what it says SMART. It serves as a daily reminder that we all need to be smart about our skin, protecting it from the aging properties of the sun, among other daily pollution our skin encounters.  It is important to start our anti-aging protection before flaws appear.  I think this product is suitable for any age group.  It not only serves as protection for our skin, but it also helps to reverse damage which may have already occurred.  My skin has never felt or looked better and I am loving the results!!

I consider myself somewhat an expert in anti-aging beauty products.  I have tried everything under the sun (pardon the pun) to help reverse flaws and protect my skin.  I have fallen for every promise issued by other companies, have stayed up late mesmerized by an infomercial promising me beautiful skin and have spent tons of money on products that have left me in search of the proverbial fountain of youth.  My search is over.  Thank you Dermalogica!!!

The Original™ Dish Drying Mat

I was recently given the opportunity to try out The Original Dish Drying Mat from Influenster as part of the Naturals VoxBox campaign and I have to say this was my favorite thing in the box!

I usually hand wash dishes and place them into the dish drying rack and I always run out of room. On top of that the dish rack gets slimy, nasty and gross. As a result I turn to my dishwasher which I hate using because it uses a ton of water, you have to buy dishwasher detergent and it runs on electricity the entire process which is usually 45 minutes!

The Original Dish Drying Mat absorbs 4 times its weight in water, cushions your dishes, folds easily for storage and best of all it is machine washable. The size is 16" x 18" and it fit perfectly on my kitchen counter. It is also available in XL 18" x 24" if you need a larger size. It comes in 4 colors to complement your kitchen's color scheme: Beige, Green, Gray and Red.

One of the things I loved most about The Dish Drying Mat is I now have something to place my wine glasses on to dry. I used to hand wash them and put them on a towel I'd place on the counter because they are fragile and I didn't want them to break.

Unreal Candy #imabzzagent #GotItFree

 

I am a big candy/chocolate person so when I was given the opportunity to try the UNREAL candy through BzzAgent I was eager to try them. 

In my Bzzkit I received one coupon for one FREE UNREAL candy for myself to use along with 4 coupons that were Buy One Get One Free to share with others. I went to CVS and chose the UNREAL41 Candy Coated Chocolates and the UNREAL77 Peanut Butter Cups.

I tried the UNREAL41 Candy Coated Chocolates and thought they were good. They tasted similar to m&ms but less the sugar and calories. The UNREAL77 Peanut Butter Cups is similar to Recees and it  was delicious. The chocolate is rich & creamy and filled with peanut butter in the middle. I liked this one and so did my daughter who ate most of it.

SheaMoisture Baby Bar Soap

I received a complimentary bar of SheaMoisture Raw Shea, Chamomile & Argan Baby Bar Soap in my Influenster Naturals VoxBox for testing and review purposes. I've never heard of this company before but when I saw the soap and read the packaging I was excited to use it because I was actually looking for a new soap for my daughters.

Over the past 2 years I've switched baby soaps frequently with my daughters because it seems everything I've used on them irritates their skin. About a week before I got my VoxBox I noticed a few dry patches on their arms and legs. As a mother I got very concerned and wondered what would I try next so this soap came at the perfect time!

The soap has a soft scent, it lathers well and the scent lasted for a while. I noticed I kept smelling my daughters skin and hair as we cuddled because I loved the way it smelled. After two baths using this soap to my amazement the dry patches are gone and both of my daughters skin are soft the way it's supposed to be. This soap is AMAZING and I am happy to have found something that is gentle enough for my babies.
