Spread the Possibilities: Hershey's Sample & Share

I love being a Crowdtap member because I get to try great products and share my thoughts with family and friends.

I recently was chosen to try the Hershey's Spreads in the Chocolate Hazelnut flavor before it even hitting the stores!

My daughter can be quite picky when it comes to eating so I wondered if I could get her to eat this. I decided to put it on a slice of toast and give it to her a part of her breakfast.

She actually ate the whole piece of bread and asked for more!

One way I decided to pair the Hershey's Spread was with crackers. It's a simple pairing and it was a nice mixture of salty and sweet. Even my daughters ate a few with me.

 

There are countless ways to pair the Hershey's Spreads including fruit which I tried on strawberries and it was delicious!

Truvía Natural Sweetener

Recently I was given the opportunity to take part in the Truvía Natural Sweetener sample & share from Crowdtap.

In my kit I was given a sampling guide and 2-two packs of Truvía Natural Sweetener.

I usually just add sugar and milk to my coffee so I made the #SweetSwitch and replaced the sugar with one packet of Truvía Natural Sweetener. I thought it added just the right amount of sweetness and actually liked it which surprised me. 

The Truvía packets are natural and add zero calorie sweetness to foods and beverages. One packet is the equivalent sweetness as two teaspoons. 

I think I will make the switch and try this in my baking next!

StarKist Tuna Creations

I love being a Crowdtap member because I get to try great products and share my thoughts with family and friends. Sometimes I am lucky enough to get little extras to pass out as well.

I recently was chosen to try the StarKist Tuna Creations in the Ranch flavor. Now, I love tuna and eat it quite frequently but tuna and ranch didn't sound like it went very well together.

I received my sample & share and couldn't decide how I wanted to eat it. I decided to simply just eat it with some crackers. I opened the pouch and emptied the contents and was amazed at how much was in there.

I was surprised at how tasty this was and how much I enjoyed it but what I liked more than anything was that it's only 80 calories per pouch! Another nice thing is it's single serving and ready to go so it's perfect to pack for a lunch or on the go and no mixing is required. Just take it out the pouch and enjoy!

There are 4 additional flavors to choose from also - Lemon Pepper Tuna, Sweet & Spicy Tuna, Herb & Garlic Tuna, and Hickory Smoked Tuna. All of them sound delicious but I think the next one I want to try is the Sweet & Spicy Tuna.

Cottonelle Clean Crew

Recently I was given the opportunity to take part in the Cottonelle Clean Crew sample & share from Crowdtap.

In my kit I received one sleek dispenser of Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths, Two On The Go packs of  Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths and two coupons which can be redeemed for the dispenser.

What I liked about this dispenser is the sleek design that can be put in the bathroom without it looking awkward and still matching any decor that you have. I also like that it can be refilled again and again. The Cottonelle Fresh Care Cleansing Cloths smell good too!

Another great thing that I liked about this is that it's helpful to my daughter who just officially became potty trained. She is still learning the routine of what to do after using the potty but with using the Cottonelle Fresh Care Cleansing Cloths made it that much easier. When using toilet paper alone properly cleaning is a bit more difficult for a little child. As you can see from the picture my daughter loves these also!

My Thoughts: 

• Each pack comes with 5 colors to choose from which I really liked.
• The little knot on the end makes even a simple hairstyle look cute.

Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles

My thoughts:

These are probably the best gel inserts I've ever used. I love wearing heels and almost always I am wearing a pair. I quickly slipped these into my shoes for a night out with my husband. We went out to dinner and then went dancing. My feet never hurt. It was a nice cushion and very comfortable.

Sinful Shine

I received this Sinful Shine by Sinful Colors nail polish in my Influenster SunVoxBox

I had just taken my nail polish off a few days ago so I decided to try this color today. The color I received is called Break Away which is a blue color. I don't usually go for blue on my nails because I don't think it matches well with my skin tone.

My thoughts about this nail polish:

* It was easy to apply and went on smoothly
* It was thick. Even after applying one coat!
* The color is rich and vibrant
* It dries quickly
* It's made with Gel Tech which is a self-curing polymer that leaves you with a shiny, gel-like finish that won't chip for about two weeks

I decided to add some nail stickers which i thought made it look nicer.

My Thoughts:

Hiding in Sunshine

As a bonus in the Influenster Holiday VoxBox I received a copy of the book Hiding in Sunshine. The book is written by father and daughter John Stuart & Caitlin Stuart. John Stuart is a successful high tech entrepreneur. Caitlin Stuart is a student and an aspiring writer. I'm a bookworm and love to read so getting this was a wonderful surprise.

My thoughts on the book were it was an enjoyable read and very well written. It was also very detailed and had good twists which kept me intrigued and I couldn't put it down. I finished reading it within 2 days. I liked that the ending was actually a ending and didn't leave you hanging or guessing. I definitely suggest this as a must read book.

Quaker Real Medleys Oatmeal+

As part of the Influenster Holiday VoxBox I received a Quaker Real Medleys Oatmeal in the Peach Almond flavor. 

 

I like Oatmeal but I don't usually care for the flavored ones. The Quaker Real Medleys was simple to make. Just add water and microwave. It was delicious and full of flavor. It's packed with roasted almonds, wholesome multi-grains and real chunks of fruit. I like how convenient it is to carry with you. You don't need a bowl and it's mess free.

 

 

Each Quaker Real Medley Oatmeal sells for about $1.79 and has only 290 calories in each cup. There are three additional flavors to choose from in addition to the Peach Almond which are Apple Walnut, Cherry Pistachio, and Summer Berry.

Goody QuikStyle

In my Influenster Holiday VoxBox I received a Goody Quikstyle Paddle Brush. I hadn't seen these in the stores yet so I was so excited to get my hand on this and test it out. The Goody Quikstyle brush has microfiber bristles in it along with the usual plastic bristles. The microfiber is supposed to absorb 30% of water from your wet hair so that it dries faster. I was interested to see if it really works since my hair is past my shoulders but thick and holds a lot of water after I wash it. I usually let my hair air dry which takes anywhere from an hour and a half - 2 hours.

After using this brush for the past few weeks I have found that my hair air drying time has decreased significantly. Brushing and removing the tangles from my wet hair was quick, easy and ouchless. I did everything the same except I used this brush and I could feel the difference. My hair took 52 minutes to air dry which is a huge difference. I am amazed  and feel like the Goody Quikstyle brush is a life saver for me. I absolutely LOVE it and will never go back to a normal brush.

NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine

I'm a lip gloss girl so after opening my Influenster Holiday VoxBox and seeing the NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine I couldn't wait to try it.

I received the NYC Liquid Lipshine color Nude York City-582. There is a little shimmer in it which I liked. It is easy to apply and glossy. I also liked that it is non-sticky which is a plus. It also has Vitamin E formula which provides shine and a moisturizing feel. Below is a picture the lip gloss on me. I did add a little lip liner and then applied the lip gloss to add just a hint of color. Overall, I love the lip gloss and would recommend it.

You can find  the NYC Liquid Lipshine for $2.49 at mass retailers and drugstores and there are 10 different shades to choose from. I was at CVS and saw it there and decided to buy the City's Clear-574 because a girl can never have too much lip gloss.

Kiss Nail Dress

I'm sure everyone has heard of the brand KISS. They have nail care, cosmetics, appliance, hair care, and even salon & spa equipment.

I received a KISS nail dress in my Influenster Holiday VoxBox and couldn't wait to try these out. I decided to use it for New Years Eve.

Once I opened the package there were 28 strips in different sizes, an instructional booklet, and a little nail file. I carefully selected sizes to fit my nails and began the process of applying, folding over and filing off the excess. It took me about 30 minutes from start to finish.

I thought they came out pretty good. They did last the full 10 days and that was everyday activities/chores including taking care of two babies! When I removed them there was NO damage to my nails which was a good thing. I liked these because there is no drying time and it saves you from going to the nail salon. It also peels right off so you don't need to use any nail polish remover. There are also a variety of different designs to choose from. I've already went back and bought another one to keep on hand for when I might need them.

After using both of these products my hair is shiny and it feels super soft and silky.. I love running my fingers through my hair and it not getting caught in tangles. I've found myself doing it more often now also :)
