The Many Uses of Ivory

I received a bar of Ivory soap in my Influenster MOM VoxBox complimentary to try. I decided to use it as a spot stain remover the stains on my daughters clothes. Before washing the clothes I wet the bar of soap and rubbed it onto the stains from food and then threw it into the washer like I normally would. It helped take the stains out which I'm happy because I wasn't able to get every stain out before.

Ivory has a fresh clean scent that is mild and gentle cleansing, but most importantly it is 99.44% pure! There are many different ways to use Ivory soap. It can be used of course for body cleansing and face washing. You can use it as a spot stain remover like I did or even use it to wash your laundry by chipping the some soap flakes into the washer. There are also some fun crafts that you can do with your kids using Ivory soap which is what I plan on doing when my daughters get a little older.

I plan on buying Ivory soap from now on for my husband to use because as well as it being free of dye and heavy perfumes it's also very inexpensive. You can get a 10 pack of Ivory bar soap for around $4.49

Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies

I received a Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookie complimentary in my Influenster Mom Voxbox. I admit Oatmeal cookies usually aren't my first choice when buying cookies but I was happy to try these. I did give it to my daughter but I took 2 bites and they were delicious. These cookies are soft and chewy and taste homemade! Honestly I have become a fan and plan on buying these.

These cookies are delicious and made with Whole Grain Quaker Oats. I like that they are individually packaged making it easier to pack for a snack on the go. It also provides a good source of fiber and contains only 6 grams of total fat per serving.

You can find these yummy Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies at most major retailers and they are priced for about $2.69 for a box of 6 cookies.

imPRESS Press On Manicure

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press On Manicure is the REVOLUTIONARY way to apply polish! I received these complimentary in my Influenster Mom Voxbox. I usually don't use any of these stuff because my nails are pretty good and grow nicely but a few had just broken right before I got my voxbox. Perfect timing since I was going to a birthday party in a few days.

Each kit comes with 24 nails in different sizes as well as a prep pad. The first thing you want to do is find the correct sizes for each finger and lay them out in order. Next, remove any nail polish on your nails and then use the prep pad to help clean your nails. To apply- Gently remove the clear film on the backs of each nail then apply onto finger and press firmly holding for 1 minute. It took me about 10 minutes. Here is how it looked when finished.

The tops things I liked about these were there was no drying time, and none of that messy nail glue. I wore these for 5 days before one started to loosen so I took them off. They were easy to remove and didn't damage my nails. I think they lasted long enough since I have two kids both under the age of 2. I liked these so I to bought another to use- ~ I am imPressed by imPRESS ~

You can find these at most drugstores like CVS, Walgreens, & Rite-Aid as well as Wal-Mart. There are a variety of designs to choose from and prices vary from $5.99 for solid colors to $7.99 for patterns. For more information visit http://impressmanicure.com/
